the staff was very nice, especially sima and ogulcan. they were really nice too ensure that my needs were met. the room was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, and offered fine views of the city. it was impeccably clean and beautifully designed, with all the amenities one could wish for.
i found small problems in a lot of places. the hairdryer malfunctioned, and there was a lack of toilet paper. the flush button was broken. what disappointed me the most was during our check-out time.

The hotel is near the metro providing easy access to the city center. I found a good range of facilities. The breakfast options had a large choice. I also found the staff friendly and helpful.
The hotel carpets looked very stained with many spots. It needs cleaning.
