convenient location friendly staff efficient service
i found the hotel's location quite convenient for exploring many attractions. the tram station was very close, made getting around easy. there was also a supermarket next door, a great convenience. the staff were friendly and efficient, and my room was cleaned daily.
the selection of available drinks at the rooftop bar was slightly limited .

Average experience with some issues
noisy air conditioning limited buffet
The location was very convenient. It was easy to get around.
The room felt quite small, it barely had enough space for my luggage. The air conditioning made strange noises at night. This made it hard to sleep. The breakfast buffet was not refilled regularly. Often I found the selection quite limited.

excellent service unbeatable location easy access good variety
the hotel staff, particularly tarik and ercan, provided excellent service. their assistance. the location proved unbeatable with easy access to the tram and key attractions, simplifying sightseeing. i found the breakfast offered a good variety of options.
i noted that not all the lights in the room were functional, a minor inconvenience.

The team is helpful and kind, always ready to assist with any requests. tarik especially was very helpful and showed us around the local area. they helped us with suitcases. Everything was efficient.

The room was clean and had enough space. Everything you need is there. i found that there was no unnecessary luxury, it had everything i required. the air conditioning in the rooms worked well.

tram station spacious room helpful staff
The location was excellent, very close to the tram station. It was just a minute's walk. our superior quadruple room was quite spacious. the staff were very helpful and courteous.
the shower, for taller people, felt a bit uncomfortable! i was like it was always about to break and i would end up wet at the end.
