i found the staff helpful.. especially tatyana and cem. they always greeted me with a smile and quickly helped with my luggage. breakfast offered great variety and was delicious. i was also pleased with the cleanliness of my room.

i noticed the gym lacked some maintenance. some equipment needed repair, which limited my workout options.

The room service was slow. I ordered a snack one evening, and it took almost an hour to arrive. The food itself was also cold, disappointing. I also found the soundproofing insufficient. Street noise kept me awake.

The location worked well for airport access. The hotel is very close to the terminal which I appreciated. My beautiful double room offered ample space. The bed was comfortable, so I rested well!!! The spa visit was really good. The sauna provided great relaxation. I found the hammam very clean. The breakfast selection was amazing. Many fresh choices ensured a great start to the day. The Turkish tea was excellent. I definitely enjoyed everything.

The lighting in the hallways seemed a bit dim at certain hours.

i used the indoor pool it was well maintained. breakfast was very good i found many options. the staff were amazing they helped with everything even when i checked out a few minutes late. esra at the reception was very helpful she gave me an upgrade on the room

The indoor swimming pool was a decent size. Free sauna, hammam, and steam bath were highlights of my stay. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It had many options, and the second-day options were different from the first. The hotel room was good, provided ample free space even after putting in an extra bed.

the staff was very polite and helpful (especially the manager ms tatyana).

the room smelled badly of cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. the bed sheets smelled, and this. we were all so tired after traveling and just wanted a good night's sleep, but the smell made it nearly impossible. (i was very disappointed).
