The rooftop terrace offered a private lounge penthouse feel. panoramic views of the city's skyline were definitely amazing. rooms were stylish with everything i needed. Daria and her team showed such kindness! daria's empathy and patience really ensured my stay was seamless.
the carpet in the hallway had a noticeable odor. the towels felt worn and could use replacement. the air conditioning would sometimes shut off during the night, inconvenient.

the staff were helpful i found the location very convenient near the emaar mall i liked that the rooms were clean and well maintained everything i needed was readily available
the wi-fi was sometimes unreliable i noticed it especially in the evenings it was a minor inconvenience though
