The staff was very helpful. ridvan gave great advice on local places. the location is unbeatable. Everything is within walking distance.
The breakfast area can get a bit crowded. The tables are not always available.

it were alright, i suppose

small room terrible coffee
the location were pretty good i guess.
first, the room weren't anything like the pictures. it were way smaller, i couldn't even swing a cat in there. then, the breakfast? well, it were just plain sad, with coffee came from a machine, nasty quality ever. finally, the windows on the terrace definitely need cleaning!

The location was very convenient. It allowed me to easily walk to many historical sites. My room was clean and well-kept each day of my stay. The staff were helpful with recommendations for local activities..
The breakfast area needed some improvement. The furniture was old. The selection of food could have been fresher. The pool was smaller than expected. It also was unclean . Spa was average.

The hotel's location was really good! it was near many things. the reception staff was amazing. Burhan and ridvan helped with everything. enes was very kind and helpful with our stuff
the terrace was a bit small! the outside terrace didn't exist anymore, and the pool could be cleaner. i also noticed some mold on the bathtub in the bathroom.

the family room included three comfortable beds perfect for my whole family. complimentary water bottles were available daily, such a nice little touch. the air conditioning worked very well, keeping us cool during the hot days.

The spa included a sauna and a hammam. They were both very relaxing. i saw that the hotel had a gym with treadmills and weights. the pool area provided a shaded section perfect for escaping the sun.

the breakfast included a variety of cheese and fresh bread, a simple yet satisfying start to my day. i saw that staff was attentive during breakfast service, everything was stocked. coffee and tea were available.

the hotel was within walking distance of many main attractions, this made sightseeing very easy. it was also easy to access galata tower by tram, really convenient. the location offered convenient access to local shops and restaurants.
