the staff were very kind and always ready to help. they upgraded our room and the room was excellent. all facilities were good and the food was excellent. we look forward to a future trip there.

the pool was small and it was very overcrowded. the summer sun is not good, especially for kids.

The pillow options were limited to one type. This made it difficult to sleep (we needed thinner pillows). The restaurant service could improve. A drink server was somewhat rude. He delivered fizzy drinks too early, letting them lose their fizz before we returned from the buffet. The curry at breakfast also contained whole tamarind seeds, posing a potential choking hazard.
