wide variety pool safety many lifeguards poor service lunch service
the breakfast was very good. it included a wide variety of food options. the waterpark was fun for the kids. i saw many lifeguards around the pools. i felt safe relaxing while the kids swam.
the half board dine around option was not good. the a la carte restaurant included a set menu, which i did not like. the drinks and lunch service around the pool area were disorganized. it was a shambles.

decent stay at this hotel
great staff clean facilities comfortable bed poor hygiene skin allergy skin rash
staff was great they kept facilities very clean. beds were comfortable. i liked the luxurious balmain bathroom soaps. i also liked that the hotel had great variety of food with several restaurants. there was ample seating area by the very large pool.
i was disappointed with the hygiene standards. my 5 years old got a red eye and a skin rash. my 20 months baby had a skin rash with blisters.

a amazing stay
room upgrade excellent food
the staff were very kind and always ready to help. they upgraded our room and the room was excellent. all facilities were good and the food was excellent. we look forward to a future trip there.
the pool was small and it was very overcrowded. the summer sun is not good, especially for kids.

The superior king room featured clean design with comfortable king bed. it had two bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. the bathroom offered a separate shower and bathtub. The amenities were regularly replenished.

staff at the reception were professional and polite.. they assisted with check-in efficiently. the concierge service was helpful in providing directions. housekeeping maintained the room to a high standard daily.

the hotel is located in a central area close to the airport. the hotel offered easy access to main attractions by taxi. it sits away from heavy traffic providing a calm atmosphere.

limited pillows rude server
The pillow options were limited to one type. This made it difficult to sleep (we needed thinner pillows). The restaurant service could improve. A drink server was somewhat rude. He delivered fizzy drinks too early, letting them lose their fizz before we returned from the buffet. The curry at breakfast also contained whole tamarind seeds, posing a potential choking hazard.
