Central Location a HUGE plus

The breakfast each morning was well-organized and provided various options. Al Ghurair Mall downstairs was very accessible. This provided many conveniences. The staff was attentive and always smiling. My stay included access to the gym. It had modern equipment.

The furniture in my room showed some wear, especially on the chairs. Spot cleaning left different color marks.

The breakfast restaurant had attentive staff making sure everyone was served well. There was a wide variety of food selections. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit options. I appreciate the cleanliness in the dining area. It was always well-kept.

My room was a good size. It provided ample space for luggage and movement. The room included a mini bar, though it was empty on arrival. The air conditioner worked efficiently, maintaining a COMFORTABLE temperature throughout my stay.

The reception staff provided a smooth check-in process and were helpful with requests. Housekeeping was attentive and addressed requests promptly. Damien, the Duty Manager, was very helpful and always wore a smile.

The location is central and close to the airport. This made travel easy. It is connected to a mall so I could easily get things I needed. I FOUND the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

the hotel location was convenient because the mall was attached to it.

The bathtub drainage didn't work correctly, so water leaked and i couldn't fill it (it was super annoying). basic amenities, like water and laundry bags, weren't consistently provided each day, and i had to keep asking housekeeping to bring them. the gym equipment felt cheap. Some machines were dirty or broken, made working out a pain.

the hotel is connected to a mall with direct access this was convenient the metro station is also within walking distance from the hotel the room was spacious and well-kept the bed was very comfortable i appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. the staff were generally friendly and helpful i found them to be responsive to my requests. the pool area was clean and well-kept it offered a relaxing space i used the gym and found it adequately equipped for a basic workout.

the breakfast area was occasionally crowded causing some delays in seating and food availability

i noticed the reception staff was consistently helpful with directions within the facility and to nearby attractions they were readily available to assist guests with inquiries and requests throughout my stay which was reassuring. the staff provided prompt assistance with luggage handling.
