clean room kind staff professional staff
i have stayed multiple times and the service is always consistent. the rooms are clean. the staff is kind and professional. extra towels arrived promptly when requested.
it made planning the first couple of days difficult.

the hotel is near supermarkets. a high-class cafe is just across the street. the marine boardwalk provides a nice walk to restaurants and the mall. a metro station is fifteen minutes by foot.

check-in and check-out were fast. staff members are interested and ready to assist with anything. a receptionist named mobin deserves special thanks. i really appreciated the service.

breakfast offered many choices to satisfy various tastes. i had an early check-out. the hotel provided breakfast to go. a coffee shop inside served amazing coffee, and the lady serving was lovely.

i like the marina views i have from my room. the staff was very helpful and nice. amani helped at check-in. adam made sure the luggage was safe.
the elevator took a long time, i dont liked this.

helpful staff great location nice room small lobby long wait small breakfast
the location was good, you can begin your walk along the harbor directly from the hotel. the staff were helpful and eager to assist with any questions i had. ahmed gave me a nice room, and bella were always assisting, for what i am grateful.
the lobby felt way too small for such a big hotel and getting lifts took ages during peak hours. i waited 20 minutes every morning to reach breakfast. the breakfast area felt too small and compact for the number of guests.

small pool area damaged floor
the pool area was small and often crowded , i noticed. the breakfast buffet lacked variety , and the quality of some items was not up to par. i found the elevator wait times excessive during peak hours , a real inconvenience. my room had a damaged floor section , impeding the door's closure. the bathtub drainage was slow , often causing water to accumulate.

i really enjoyed the free shuttle service to both the metro and the mall! the bellboy adam was super helpful with my luggage during checkout. amani, from the reception, often checked on my satisfaction . the hotel provided convenient transportation and attentive staff.
I noticed some minor wear and tear. The walls had a few marks and could use a bit of refreshing.

The gym includes three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of weight machines. the pool area features twenty loungers. A shaded section offered relief from the sun. amenities are well-kept.
