I found the reception staff friendly and informative. everyone else was happy and helpful. It was a joy to talk to them. the beautiful canal view room was perfect with a good size and very comfortable bed, extra pillows and the daily refill of tea and coffee was awesome. the hotel provided free transfer to dubai mall and soluna beach from palm jumeira. the personnel were always willing to help and provide all needed.

The shower door wasn't very good at keeping the water in. The housekeeping forgot to make up our room twice, but they offered us a free fruit platter and breakfast to compensate, which i thought was nice.

the rooms included a coffee machine and a water heating machine. an ironing machine and a hairdryer were also available for our convenience. daily cleaning kept the space tidy and fresh.

the location was excellent. my room and the breakfast were also really great. i highly recommend this hotel to all. the staff were also very friendly and helpful.

the walls seemed thin. i could hear everything from the other rooms. this. the noise disrupted the quiet i expected .
