The beds felt comfortable. i liked that the housekeeping team kept the room super clean. I appreciated their attention to detail. i especially want to thank fahim and navin. They were very polite.

I had very little to say. Everything was adequate.

The location is very convenient with a supermarket just behind the hotel. Breakfast had a great selection of food items (it was plentiful!).

The hotel taxis pressured me to pay extra when I wanted to pay by card.

The breakfast had many options. I did like the variety available, especially the blend of European and local dishes. The room had fresh towels daily. Mr Moin was very helpful. His positive attitude stood out.

The shower had a slight drainage issue. I did mention it.

The gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I noticed the outdoor pool area had about twenty loungers. There was also a shaded area that I did use to escape the sun.

The bell service helped me with luggage upon arrival and departure. Staff promptly addressed my requests at the front desk. I found everyone very polite, especially in the restaurant and at reception.

My room included two sinks. I Liked that there was a separate rainfall shower. The in-room safe worked and the mini-fridge kept my beverages cold. I appreciate that very much.
