the location was convenient with easy access to nearby amenities which was acceptable

the wifi connection was quite poor i found it hard to stay connected for any length of time also the pillows were just far too soft using two made it uncomfortable

I loved the room amenities. It really was like living in a studio. the lighting was relaxing. the ac worked perfectly, great for the weather. their shampoo and bath gel smelled really nice!

the lazy river was closed. nobody told us this. when it opened, the water was ice cold. the food at khyber was terrible and bland. it was a waste of money.

the hotel location is AMAZING. it is on the beach and has a beautiful swimming pool. the staff is friendly and helpful i LOVED that. the buffet has many delicious selections too. it was hard to choose everything .

The hotel is a bit far from the attractions. BUT the taxis are very convenient.

The hotel location is very convenient to west beach and nakheel mall. Both are accessible by walking. the proximity to the monorail made accessing other areas simpler. the running track nearby was also an added bonus.

The breakfast area was quite crowded. i found it hard to find a free table and had to wait several times, and the noise level made it difficult to relax. another issue was with the room service. On one occasion, my order was delivered incorrectly and took a long time to correct.
