a somewhat disappointing experience

poor connection soft pillows

the location was convenient with easy access to nearby amenities which was acceptable

the wifi connection was quite poor i found it hard to stay connected for any length of time also the pillows were just far too soft using two made it uncomfortable

relaxing lighting perfect ac nice shampoo closed river cold water terrible food

I loved the room amenities. It really seemed like living in a studio. the lighting was relaxing. the ac worked perfectly, great for the weather. their shampoo and bath gel smelled really nice!

the lazy river was closed. nobody told us this. when it opened, the water was ice cold. the food at khyber was terrible and bland. it was a waste of money.

the hotel location is AMAZING. it is on the beach and has a beautiful swimming pool. the staff is friendly and helpful i LOVED that. the buffet has many delicious selections too. it was hard to choose everything .

The hotel is a bit far from the attractions. BUT the taxis are very convenient.

room cleanliness easy access

The room cleanliness stood out. The room maintenance was detailedwith an inviting environment. I also really appreciated easy beach access and the heated pool. There were plenty of available sunbeds. This ensured a relaxing experience without overcrowding.

The room, a superior studio private beach infinity pool lazy river & kids club access, was very tidy. i found housekeeping prompt and efficient. the staff were helpful and consistently addressed my requests. i appreciated the many restaurants available. I tried two and the food was excellent.

The hotel location is very convenient to west beach and nakheel mall. Both are accessible by walking. the proximity to the monorail made accessing other areas simpler. the running track nearby was also an added bonus.

a mixed experience

crowded breakfast incorrect order

The breakfast area was quite crowded. i found it hard to find a free table and had to wait several times, and the noise level made it difficult to relax. another issue was with the room service. On one occasion, my order was delivered incorrectly and took a long time to correct.
