fantastic stay at yas plaza

easy accessamazing viewsfixed schedule
the shuttle service provided easy access to the theme parks , and i could also use the facilities at the radisson next door. my room had amazing views. i appreciated how close the hotel was to the yas buses , which run on a fixed schedule to various parks.
the check-in process took longer than expected , and i wasn't offered water during the wait.

Really good Hotel Experience!!!

The front desk staff, particularly Rhea and Laura, were sweet and helpful. They gave us an early check-in. It allowed us to rest before starting our day. Rizalyn from the front desk welcomed us with a much appreciated cake. The housekeeping staff also maintained an perfect standard of cleanliness.
The curtains were difficult to fully close, a design flaw that allowed light to enter the room in the early morning. The hotel should improve these curtains and the pillows available in the rooms.

rhea and laura at the front desk helped me check in early, i could nap before going out. rizalyn from the front desk welcomed me with a cake, i appreciated that. the breakfast staff was supportive, and i liked breakfast.
the room have pillows, they are not supportive and i find the curtains hard to close.
