cold air conditioningdamaged sofa
I was initially impressed, but some things went wrong. the air conditioning in my suite was too cold despite setting the thermostat high. a technician came, but the room remained at 18 degrees. My baby couldn't sleep. the sofa also needs refurbishing. It had a hole. the shower taps were hard to turn, hurting my thumb. basic things like these need attention.

krishna from housekeeping was very helpful and kind. he helped us when we requested some toiletries. i liked the room it was spacious enough for my needs. the location is good near transportation options.
the shower switches between hot and cold it never stayed at one temperature this made showering difficult. i think the staff should check this more regularly.

the hotel provided a connecting room upgrade for our group. the balcony offered views of the sea, golf course, and adventure parks. the location is near ferrari world and the airport. the belgian beer café served good food.
the check-in process took nearly an hour despite the absence of a large crowd.

the room was great with a view from the balcony to the sea. the italian restaurant was delicious and a must visit. i enjoyed a comfortable bed in my room. also, it was easy to get to the beach
I stayed here for three nights. the housekeeping staff was attentive. Krishna from housekeeping was very helpful.
I had some issues. the room air conditioning did not function correctly. Even with the thermostat set at 25, the room remained at 18 degrees. the technician did not resolve the issue.
