The staff was consistently helpful. They promptly addressed requests and provided assistance. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to popular destinations. I especially enjoyed the complimentary trips to the Dubai Mall and the Mall of the Emirates.

It was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, not a soundtrack of jackhammers. the minibar wasn't exactly overflowing with exciting options.

I found several positives . The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area featured twenty loungers and a shaded section. My room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The hotel provides a free shuttle to a beach club, which I used multiple times.
