The staff was consistently helpful. They promptly addressed requests and provided assistance. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to popular destinations. I especially enjoyed the complimentary trips to the Dubai Mall and the Mall of the Emirates.

Staff members were very attentive and ensured all my needs were met. The reception staff was efficient, and housekeeping kept my room super clean. Also the concierge service was particularly useful for arranging transportation. They really were so helpful.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable enough to sleep in, I guess.

It was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, not a soundtrack of jackhammers. the minibar wasn't exactly overflowing with exciting options.

I found several positives . The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area featured twenty loungers and a shaded section. My room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The hotel provides a free shuttle to a beach club, which I used multiple times.

The hotel's location requires reliance on taxis to reach main attractions.
