I felt so at home during my four nights stay. The 2 Bedroom Balcony Burj Khalifa View Smoking room was spacious and well-equipped, it seemed like a dream. The view of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony was amazing. I loved watching the fountain show every evening from our room. It was so romantic.
There was a wait during peak hours. The furniture seemed a bit old and worn. It could use some updating. I also noticed a slight smell in the bathroom.

Akbar elevated my stay. His hospitality and meticulous attention stood out. he always greeted me with a smile, genuinely brightening the atmosphere. the location offered fine views of burj khalifa, i also liked the free transport service.
The gym access presented a few challenges, located in a separate building. There were no towels readily available, and i relied on staff assistance for entry.

The food choices presented much variety. the restaurant staff accommodated my request for custom meals. They prepared specific dishes for my child, and this was helpful to my travel. i found the experience admirable.

Mary, rubab, and adil delivered great service. the staff was consistently warm and accommodating. receptionists were helpful. i appreciate their genuine effort. They enhanced my stay immeasurably and i will remember their kindness.

I particularly loved the location. It was central. the cleanliness of the room was also excellent. the staff provided a free upgrade to a huge and beautiful room. the amenities were an added bonus .

The location was pretty good. I could easily walk to nearby attractions.
the room felt a bit dated (i guess that's what you get sometimes). the furniture looked worn, and the bathroom had some noticeable wear and tear. it definitely lowered my expectations.

The nearby supermarket was a definite plus. I found everything I needed easily. My room included a king bed, it was GREAT! I requested and received a room with a downtown view.
The hotel decor felt somewhat dated. The color schemes and apartment finishes needed some updating to meet current standards.
