The staff was helpful. the room interior is excellent. It has a hair dryer, a magnifying mirror and a towel drying steel rope in the washroom. the rooms are spacious, clean and have a minibar plus air conditioning working perfectly.
The location is not perfect. it is a good 20 minute taxi ride to many places. it was costly because of taxi fares. This made accessibility hard.

awkward layout
it seemed to go on at all hours and made it difficult to relax in my room during the day. also, the bathroom layout in my room was a bit awkward. the shower glass didn't extend far enough, so water splashed onto the floor every time i showered. this made the bathroom floor constantly wet and slippery.

I really appreciate the complimentary transfer to la mer beach. It was so convenient. the rooftop pool was such a plus, especially with comfortable rooms. i found the staff to be very helpful and responsive. They even gave me an upgrade.
the ongoing roadwork outside caused some issues with commuting to the hotel. this meant parking was somewhat difficult right in front of the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located. It made getting around quite easy. onsite facilities were good, and everything felt quite accessible. this location allowed quick access to many attractions.
