The hotel's proximity to the mall and key attractions made exploring very easy. I found the staff helpful and cute. The room was immaculate and had all the amenities I needed! Spa treatments were amazing!

I noticed that some areas looked a bit dated, I think some small updates would really elevate the experience.

The room was not clean (disgusting!). I found a bug frozen in the ice tray. This was unacceptable. The cleaners did not clean well. Floors had dust and hair on them. I am disappointed with the low cleanliness level.

I loved the convenient location very close to the mall. It was super easy to walk. Sadeed from the bellboy team gave helpful and professional assistance. My room included equipped kitchen facilities plus quick room service. The hotel staff let us check out late too which was a nice bonus.

Some of the furniture is old, but this is a slight drawback considering the overall value.

The hotel has direct access to the mall it is literally a two minute walk. This proximity makes shopping and dining easy plus avoids the need for taxis. Access to many attractions is quite simple from this spot.

Breakfast had little variety and tasted bad. There was no easy access to car parks, I had to drive very close to a wall each time I parked.
