the hotel offers a free shuttle to the beach and the marina mall, super convenient. room 1010 included a large couch area separate from the bed, i really liked this. the shower was amazing!
the buffet dinner lacked variety though the matcha creme brûlée tasted good.

good bed nice staff blackout curtains
the bed was good. Cleaning staff is super nice. i liked blackout curtains. i could perfectly do my work in the office space they have.
The pool is small, and once 5 occupied, there is no more chance. we needed to ask specially towel cards. Otherwise, no towels at the pool. i dont know how they have rated it as 5 stars.

clean room fresh towels nice presentation slow check-in long wait no call-back
the room was super clean. all amenities were present, with fresh towels and fresh linens. the room was well maintained with a nice presentation. big thanks to the housekeeping attendants.
The check in was slow. I waited 25 minutes before checking in. the last night, i called reception to ask about a late checkout, and after waiting 20 minutes for an answer, i was told to call in the morning. i called again in the morning and was told they'd call back but never did. an hour later, i called and was told it wasn't possible.

food quality missing bar
the breakfast buffet presented problems. the operation seemed disorganized, and the food quality lacked. a small bar was missing in the lobby where guests could relax with drinks. it was not ideal.

spacious room jbr beach wide array
i found the rooms to be spacious and clean. the hotel's proximity to the jbr beach was a definite plus. breakfast offered a wide array of options, even for picky eaters. the hotel location is close to the metro.
there was traffic noise throughout the night. windows allowed noise to enter. i think better insulation could improve the stay.

The breakfast buffet included many food options. Even the pickiest eaters will find foods they like. the hotel provides convenient shuttle bus access to the beach and the marina mall. the location offers walking access to the beach.

The room featured a king bed and marina views. It included a dining table. the bathroom included a separate shower. housekeeping ensured the room was cleaned daily. there were cute fresh fruits and delicious desserts.

the housekeeping staff, ganesh and ashok, did an excellent job. the room was clean and well maintained because of them. i appreciate the cute drinks at the reception desk. overall the hotel staff were friendly and always ready to help.
