the restaurants were fantastic, i especially loved the mediterranean flavors at olivia's. the buggy service was so convenient. It made getting around the resort easy. the staff were attentive, ensuring i had everything i needed!!!

i found the breakfast buffet somewhat repetitive. the gym, while adequate, lacked some newer equipment.

The hotel is located near a tram station. it is also very close to the palm monorail, i used it to attend the atlantis waterpark. the staff were all wonderful! half board meal options were a decent size, and buffet breakfasts were really good. the restaurants addressed my dietary allergy proactively. I found this very helpful.

the gym was small. it was limited. guest services could be improved. the transportation and checkout process could be better.

the bed in my room was not good. it felt too soft and probably too old. the decoration in the room could be improved. the furniture was old too.
