excellent stay!
professional staff valuable gaming set clean neighborhood
the staff were very professional. my kids forgot their valuable gaming set in their room when checking out. we got a whatsapp message 10 minutes after leaving the hotel with photos of the forgotten items. they requested that we collect them. the neighborhood is very clean and perfect for walking with family.
there is not enough furniture in the room to put your clothes, especially if there are 2 persons sharing the room.

high professionalism easy location clean room belgian bar
The staff showed high professionalism. They contacted me quickly about forgotten items. The location proved easily reachable by car. The room was very clean upon my arrival. I especially enjoyed the Belgian bar. It sits just below the hotel.
The water pressure in the shower was not optimal.

The breakfast had plentiful food catering to most ethnicities which i liked. if i wanted something not on the buffet, it was cooked fresh after i asked! That was lovely.
The room was basic. It only had a double wardrobe for storage! also, the fridge provided wasn't cold.

this location had easy access to the mall. the hotel's proximity to the 311 and khail road eased my work commutes. there were eating places outside the hotel.

this hotel rocks! the staff were pretty good. i appreciate the cleanliness of my room and the great shower i had. the rooftop pool was awesome too!
i got a room on the second floor and the corridor reeked of smoke, it was awful! the room was even worse, so i could not sleep at all. they didn't moved me to a different floor.

reception service worked really well. the reception employee named SC from philippines helped me a lot because of that raining weather. i like the very fast check in by amr, so i got to my room fast.

the location is perfect. it is close to all shops, like spinneys, dry cleaners, food outlets, malls, and starbucks. the hotel is in walking distance to many places, why i chose it. security is everywhere too.

helpful staff great view accessible location frustrating check-in cigarette smoke dirty bathroom
the staff was very helpful and kind. i liked the great views at the autodrome track. this location is very accessible.
check-in was frustrating as the room key i was given was not activated so i had to return to reception to resolve the problem. then i went up to the room and was appalled at the smell of cigarette smoke. cigarette burns were in the carpet, the bathroom was dirty!! so i had to go back to reception to get a new room. it wasn't what i expected after a long flight, very disappointing.
