The staff was friendly! peter boeteng really stood out, and he always made sure i was happy. the hotel offered access to a private beach on the palm. That was fantastic. i liked the cleanliness and the location was great. It was very convenient.
The room wasn't very soundproof. I could hear everything. blackout blinds didn't close properly. there was too much light in the room. the pool area lost sunlight very early.

Really good Hotel Experience

My visit included access to the hotel's private beach at Palm Jumeirah, which I found to be a real bonus. The gym facilities were excellent. There were numerous machines available and ample space for workouts. Breakfast offered a wide array of choices, and I enjoyed the varied options each morning. The location provided very easy access to main attractions in the area.
I noticed the bathroom towels seemed a little worn. Their color had faded slightly from their original white.

The hotel provided access to a private beach. This was a real value add. I used the fitness center. It had a good range of equipment including treadmills and weights.

The staff at the concierge desk assisted efficiently with directions and taxis. Breakfast service was well-managed. Plates were cleared quickly, and the staff remained attentive. Valet parking operated smoothly. Vehicles returned promptly upon request.

Breakfast featured a diverse selection. The buffet included both hot and cold options. I appreciated the breakfast variety. Many choices ensured everyone found something suitable. I also liked eating breakfast with beautiful views of the Canal.

Joshwa was particularly helpful (he was super kind). The room was spacious enough for two people and quite comfortable. The hotel maintains a very high standard of cleanliness.
I noticed a very slight issue with the pool as it had a black line where the water ends.

The room was above a bar, this bar played music until 2 am and the bass sounds made sleep difficult. the room also had a damp smell. the shower had a poor design. water ran out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. It was very slippery.
