a decent stay

good breakfast clean rooms unexpected deposit refund policy
the breakfast was good with a variety of options. shubham prepared dishes that my family enjoyed a lot. the rooms were clean and had what we needed for comfort.
the hotel asked for a deposit of 100 dirhams, i wasn't expecting this. they said i could pay with card, it was returned after two weeks.

spacious rooms metro station gift shops dated furniture few sockets dirty mirror
the room was spacious. the hotel is located near the mashreq metro station, easy to get around. i found gift shops and restaurants close by. it was a good experience.
i found the furniture a bit dated. there were few sockets in the room. the mirror was dirty and needed a wipe.

a good retreat

close restaurants relaxing area
i found several restaurants and coffee shops conveniently close. the pool area was relaxing, a true oasis after a day exploring (i really enjoyed it).
i had an issue with the room keys not being correctly programmed at check-in. this required a return trip to reception to resolve it.

A young man named umair was very helpful. He asked daily if we needed anything. he kept our room very clean and tidy. I'm grateful for his diligence.
