bad carpet slow room service
the location was acceptable, providing easy access to the walkway along jumeirah beach.
The carpet smelled pretty bad in the room i had. I think it was room 305. also, room service was slow and not so regular even when i put the card on the door asking for cleaning, imagine that!

fantastic getaway!

helpful staff modern pool
The hotel staff was helpful and attentive! the pool area was modern and relaxing, with spacious sun beds and a lovely big pool, i really enjoyed it. i will probably use this hotel as my go-to base for future visits. The location is just a few minutes walk to the walk.
i experienced a delayed check-in. this caused unnecessary frustration and a significant delay in getting settled.

The suite included daily housekeeping, which ensured cleanliness . the suite was spacious, offering plenty of room for family or groups of friends. It was well maintained and very comfortable. also, there are very nice views from the rooms.

excellent stay with spacious rooms

spacious rooms clean pool
i stayed in a two-bedroom suite sea view for four nights. the rooms are spacious with a great view from the balcony. the pool and beach area are very clean. the pool staff are very good at their job.
the entrance is bizarre you need to walk down a narrow corridor past a bowling alley. the rooms are dated. the kitchen in our three bed room looks like a working kitchen.

we enjoyed the breakfast spread. the staff in the restaurant presented us with pancakes on our final morning. the lady at the breakfast counter was friendly and warm. it made the meal even better.

the hotel is on the jbr walk which is a hub of shops. restaurants are also abundant in the area. the beach is near the hotel. it's convenient for exploring the area.
