I liked that my studio kitchen had a stove, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. housekeeping provided new shampoo, conditioner, and lotion every day. underground parking was available. This was a definite plus for me.
the hotel staff occasionally forgot about certain requests.

My studio kitchen included a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. This allowed for in-room meal preparation. the bed featured a soft mattress and two pillows per person. I slept very well. fresh towels and linens were provided daily.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety. The staff was very polite. They informed us in advance of the ingredients when we told them about our allergies. The cleaning staff did a great job every day. Everything was sparkling. Bed sheets were changed daily, a nice bonus.
The bathroom was a bit small.

Two stores are close by. One is in the same building to the left of the central entrance and offers ready-made food and pizza. The other, a large two-story hypermarket, is a short walk to the right. It is less expensive.

The apartment had a living room with a couch and a bedroom with a large bed. There was a bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet with a sink. All appliances worked. I used both the dishwasher and the washing machine.

i totally loved the hotel and all its amenities. the bellboy and security guys were super helpful! they always booked taxis for us, it was so convenient! the receptionists were cute, especially jihad, he was so helpful.

the staff provided attentive and courteous service i especially appreciated the efforts of abram at the reception who was friendly and helpful the size of the room was good and the bed proved comfortable i also liked the variety of options available for breakfast
i found lunch and dinner options to be limited with very little arabic food available
