I found various activities were available for children. Excellent swimming facilities were accessible. Engaging play and entertainment options kept the little ones happy. The overall ambience felt very airy and light.
I noticed limited snack options were available with the all-inclusive package. This meant planning our snack times more carefully. It was a very minor inconvenience.

The Sands restaurant was fantastic, especially with its beach location. Sheesh restaurant provided a great experience for lovers of oriental cuisine. A separate shisha area was available. Food choices proved quite varied.

The hotel offered several spots for breakfast with a HUGE selection! The food included Asian, Indian, Arabic, and Western options. My family enjoyed the pool area. It featured a super water play area for kids. The kids loved it!!!
I found the beach a little unclean with some seaweed.

the gym provided cold water and towels. breakfast featured good variety with multiple restaurant options. i found the room cleaning to be thorough as staff came at various times.
the family pool smelled slightly of chlorine, possibly from overuse.

Mixed Experience with a Few Issues

The swimming pools were a hit with the kids.
The check-in process was slow. I didn't get my room until 5:30 p.m. the beach wasn't very appealing as it was dirty and had a lot of seaweed. Public beaches nearby were much better.

The kids water attractions are amazing. My children enjoyed the water park that was included. I also liked the Mirage lounge. It was very nice.
I waited a long time to get in. It felt too crowded. the pool seemed to get dirty. I noticed a lot of hair.
