The hotel offered several restaurants. This provided dining options without needing to leave the premises.
I encountered frustrating delays. My room was not ready at the check-in time. It took too long to receive my luggage after i finally got into the room.

This hotel stands out. It's my second visit this year.. as a lawyer, i often use it for meetings. i appreciate the style and service. a special thank you goes to yezikiel, a helpful and responsible team member, always smiling. the hotel should value him.
The gym was not satisfactory. It reminded me of a missed opportunity for a better workout space.

the room was spacious it included a large balcony with great sea views the furniture and overall size of the room were amazing i liked the attentive housekeeping service. the valet service was prompt and friendly i found the staff to be very courteous. the hotel gardens were beautifully maintained. the pool area was excellent.

the king room ocean palm and marina view impressed me greatly it was huge with fine decor club lounge access proved worthwhile the hotel features very beautiful grounds there is luxury everywhere. the staff were very kind. the staff members were well-trained.
i found the resort to be lacking complete transparency regarding additional costs aed 400 was extra for drinks even on half board it's hard to believe how many diet cokes one can have for lunch customer service is everything.

the hotel is on the outer left part of the palm i used uber for affordable trips to anywhere i wanted the location offered very nice skyline views at night from my room. the facilities were nice.
