the hotel's location is ideal it is near several attractions.
the room i had was not properly soundproofed there was loud music from a nearby souk late into the night i requested a quiet room in advance but apparently this was not taken into consideration.

great location with excellent service

I had a really good breakfast. The service was superb. there was a massive choice of food at ewaan restaurant. dhirendra singh from the travel desk booked all my trips. he managed the car pick ups very well. it was convenient.
the front desk had one staff member who was not very kind! he seemed annoyed to answer questions.

the hotel offers a lovely outdoor area filled with greenery creating a peaceful atmosphere. the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there are twenty loungers by the pool plus a shaded section available .

The room wasn't properly prepared. I found no shampoo or shower gel upon arrival? It took too long for these items to be delivered. The front desk staff's customer service could have been better.

i felt the hotel location had many amenities nearby. the burj khalifa and the mall was quite close. staff was very helpful and i am thankful for the perfect ground floor room. the entire staff was really fantastic, offering quick and attentive support .

The entrance displayed Arabian inspired architecture against the iconic Burj Khalifa. The team checked us in early since we had an early flight. The hotel pool offered fine views of the Burj Khalifa. Every corner was picture perfect. This hotel is centrally located near the mall.
The room did not reflect the beauty of the lobby. The corridors had a noticeable cigarette smell. Staff did not address the issue. The staff's demeanor was inappropriate.
