The staff were really helpful and the location was great. I liked having lots of things to do. the hotel offered convenient access to food, shopping, and activities, it was very accessible. i appreciated the vibrant atmosphere.
The lifts took a very long time, they were unreliable. i found no information in my room for basic amenities. also, the bathroom stock wasn't replenished. There was no shower cap.

Solid stay near the beach
convenient location beach access executive lounge helpful staff
I found the location very convenient. A short walk puts you right on the beach and near many shops. Access to the executive lounge was a plus. Breakfast there avoided crowds. The staff was always helpful with directions around the area.
Waiting for the lifts could take a while, especially during peak hours.

The complex has a good pool area with plenty of loungers. The gym includes several treadmills. A private beach area is reserved for hotel guests. There is also a kids club available on site.

Staff provided quick assistance with luggage. Concierge offers reliable transfer arrangements. Reception was efficient. Turndown service was provided each evening.

Our suite had two separate sinks. A rainfall shower was a nice touch. We had a balcony overlooking the city. The rooms include a complete kitchen and laundry.

The location is fantastic near many restaurants. Private parking is also available. The breakfast buffet offered a great choice of food (I really enjoyed the selection). You can even use the facilities of the adjacent hotel.
The elevators experienced delays sometimes.

This hotel location is very nice. I got a Three-Bedroom Family Suite Balcony Sea View. The room has amazing views. The service I received from everyone was so nice. Concierge staffs were super kind. helpful. I will visit again soon!

Spacious Suite
spacious suite beach view clean towels perfect kitchen
I had a suite. It was much larger than I expected. The suite had two bedrooms. It included three bathrooms. The balcony gave us a view of the beach. I received water each day. Clean towels were available whenever I needed new ones. The kitchen area was a perfect size. It had cutlery. It also had dishes. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choice. I found beans and toast. I also saw an omelette station. Fruit choice was good! Pastries and cakes were delicious.
The lifts were an issue. There are a few to choose from. it took a while for the lift to reach our floor.

The hotel is in a strategic location. It has a nice beach. Guests can enjoy nearby attractions, such as The Walk and the Marina. Access to the tram and metro is easy. It made transportation simple.

i loved the hotel location close to everything. the hotel made it easy to get taxis quickly. the staff was always ready to help with directions and information. the food quality was so good making every dining experience worth it.
the elevator wait times were occasionally long.

Really good Stay Near the Marina

The room was well-equipped. I appreciated having a spacious suite with balcony access and views. The staff was super friendly.. Rached Mohamed provided excellent recommendations. Now planning a return trip next year.
There were only three lifts servicing over 40 floors. Wait times were excessive.
