i found our room immaculate it was a westin club sea view 1 king balcony happy hour afternoon tea club lounge jungle bay waterpark access. dil was very thorough he brought in a shoe rack and neatly arranged our shoes. he even provided a drying rack for our swimwear which was thoughtful after days by the pool i was impressed by such attention to detail. the hotel gave us special memories

the staff was always available. mazhar ensured the room stayed perfect daily and helped sterilise baby bottles. head chef ashish made sure we had plenty of food for our baby. narayan and akash treated us like royalty.
