the working desk in the room proved useful. the bed offered great comfort. the gym operated 24 hours (convenient for late workouts). i found the housekeeping staff very efficient. i appreciated most electricity ports adapting to european plugs.
i found the pumpkin spice aroma in the foyer a tad overwhelming.

long wait timesdifficult access
wait times frequently extended to 10-15 minutes. this is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard. also taxi access wasn't as straightforward as i've experienced at other establishments.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices, and i found the food quality excellent. the staff was very helpful (especially at check-out, i appreciated that). the gym was well-equipped with modern machines, i found it very convenient. i liked that the location is just opposite a metro station. It made getting around very easy.
