the reception staff was always ready to help. the food was AMAZING!!! half board gave me many options. happy hour was great too. i found nice, affordable drinks at the pool bar and the bread house. the concierge obaid was very helpful. he checked on me often to see if i needed anything.
i found the ac a bit noisy. it made it hard to sleep well.

Ramada Inn Downtown cancellation led us to this hotel, it proved a fortunate turn. The staff was helpful. The location offered easy access to transportation and downtown sites. A quick taxi ride took us to Dubai Mall. A supermarket and pharmacy across the street added convenience.
The minibar lacked a comprehensive price list. I consumed snacks, assuming they were complimentary. Charges was unexpectedly during checkout. It was disappointing. The receptionist did not offer a solution.

The hotel features a large gym with multiple machines. The pool area includes numerous loungers and shaded sections. A dedicated travel desk assists with tours and excursions. There are three restaurants at the hotel.

The hotel provides proximity to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The amazing Water Canal is located at the back of the building. Plenty of supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants surround the building. The immediate area is ideal for walks.

the cleanliness was acceptable upon arrival.
The room smelled musty. I constantly ran the air conditioning to reduce the unpleasant odor. the furniture seemed outdated, and the carpet was worn needing replacement. i expect a higher standard given the price.

the staff was warm. i appreciated the smooth check-in process, sam from the reception team helped me. ann from the executive lounge took great care of me.
the standard rooms were small. i had to upgrade, i wasn't eager to do so. the breakfast options were limited. there were only 15 sunbeds available.

The hotel had a nice gym. It had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The breakfast offered a variety of options.
The music was very loud during the night. I could hear car horns too. The noise insulation was terrible. The pillows were either too small or too thick.
