the christmas tree was mega festive, i took so many pics. i also love the lady playin' piano. she made great music so the atmosphere was totally there.

the service was superb. the room was so spacious, it was also super clean. huge attention is given to detail on everything. the beach is a delight and the gardens are fantastic. the food is delicious.
the front desk and concierge does not inform us properly about the half board, although they should have. i asked a few times to different staff and they were quite clueless.
