i liked that the hotel offered everyday housekeeping. they stocked my room with big bottles of water which i did appreciate. the breakfast included a nice variety and it was indeed very good.
i waited a long time to go up or down because they was always packed. sometimes, they just ran out of beach towels. i don't think they offered any alternatives for this.

The staff parked my car upon arrival! They opened doors and handled luggage, it. I booked a Sea Front View Room Balcony King Bed. The view was the best, and the staff at the lobby had an amazing smile!
The television channel list had limited options. There were only a couple of channels in English.

The staff consistently checked in to ensure guests felt comfortable. They also ensured guests had everything they needed, showing genuine care. I really appreciated their attentiveness and commitment to providing excellent hospitality.

The hotel provided access to three restaurants with fine dining. The breakfast buffet at Horizon Restaurant had rich, flavorful meals! It offered a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes.

The hotel has a perfect location. It is beachfront and within walking distance of Marina. Many shops and restaurants are very close, so everything is easily accessible.

The hotel offers kids facilities like a kid's club. They also have a kid's pool for families. Beach access includes umbrellas, mats, towels, and a cool bag. That's amazing!

perfect locationbottled water
The hotel is in a perfect location. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. People were really good too help me with any amenity. They gave me extra towels and tissues. I also loved getting the bottled water.
The shampoo containers were bolted to the wall, a significant drawback! I do not use containers used by others. I also needed safety bars. The shower was a tub combo, not a walk-in shower.
