The room was big and the beds were comfortable. Staff helped a lot.
The pool really wasn't clean, there were old cigarette butts close to the loungers. The beach was gross and I wouldn't let my son swim in that water. There were weeds everywhere and it looked like someone dumped toilet paper there.

i was very grateful for the attentive staff, who provided excellent service. the private beach was clean, and i enjoyed the clear water. i also appreciated the variety of restaurants available on site, and the food was consistently perfect.
the pool area got a bit crowded on weekends.

the room had a large wardrobe and many drawers which are very convenient. it also included tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge. the bathroom featured a single sink and a bath with a shower.

the hotel has a private beach that offers watersports activities. there is also a waterpark available for younger children with multiple slides and a wave pool. it's great to have access to other hotels restaurants through the package.

Muhammad ali, the concierge, offered really good service! his professionalism stood out. i also want to thank vinoth antony. He always made sure everything was sorted. the kids really enjoyed themselves, and the food was delicious. It was a great stay.
the gym was a bit crowded during peak hours, with limited availability on the treadmills, a slight inconvenience.

My room included a king-size bed and offered views. it also came with tea and coffee making facilities. bathrooms had separate shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. I found all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay.

The staff was attentive. vinoth antony at concierge made sure everything was perfect and he always responded quickly to requests. the service from the hotel reception to the main dining area and pool area was great. I appreciated the attention to detail.

The breakfast had a large variety, omelets, eggs, croissants, and fresh fruit. Everyone can find what they need. the food at the restaurants was amazing! the half-boarding option gives you various choices. I found the large variety satisfying.

the hotel is connected with two other properties, westin and w hotel, so there are many choices of pools. the waterpark had great slides and pools suitable for different age groups. the hotel has its own private beach, sandy and clear, with clear water.

I like the location. THE room was tidy with a nice view. I found plenty of sunbeds available at the pools. The food tasted excellent making my holiday enjoyable.
