the service was amazing! i really appreciated the attentiveness of the staff throughout the entire resort. the little treats, like fresh fruit by the pool, were a really nice touch. the rooms are decorated beautifully with a calm atmosphere.
I found that some of the restaurants had limited menus for half-board guests. the minibar selection lacked variety. It mostly had beer and wine. We waited over an hour.

a pleasant experience
evening gifts glasses cloth daily gift poor choice bill payment hour wait
the room had little gifts at turndown each evening. these gifts included a glasses cloth, eye cream, and lip balm. every staff member wished me a happy birthday as i walked down for breakfast. a free gift was left in my room daily, such as postcards and sun cream.
the adult pool had a poor choice of cocktails. i asked for one to be made, and it was the complete opposite of what i wanted. on my second day, i was abruptly stopped to pay the bill after leaving my stuff on the lounger. the bill request took an hour the following day.

amazing scent warm greeting fresh fruit birthday cake
i really appreciated the amazing scent. deepal on the beach and michael around the pool constantly ensured my wife and i were comfortable all day. they brought fresh fruit and a small cake for her birthday near the pool. i thought it was in the top hotels i have visited and i will definitely return.

the staff provided really good attention to detail during the entire stay i found the staff very helpful. they accommodated requests efficiently and with a genuinely helpful attitude. i appreciated the clear communication and proactive support i received.

the bliss room with a private balcony offered ample space and comfort i liked the design. the room had modern amenities including a large screen tv and fast reliable wifi access. the balcony provided a seating area for enjoying the views.

i enjoyed the chilled vibe with a nice beach and pool areas the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes breakfast options were tasty with friendly staff the staff's attention made my stay special.
