musty roomslow response
the room smelled a bit musty. i think it needed better ventilation. also, i had a hard time getting extra towels. i called the front desk a couple of times, but they were slow to respond, and it was a little annoying. the whole experience felt a little less polished than i hoped.

The location is close to the airport. metro access is a short walk away. breakfast offered a nice variety. the omelette station was a nice touch. The food tasted great.
the front desk seemed understaffed. i booked the hotel for the airport drop-off service. the shuttle was delayed, and staff didn't communicate well. the delay almost caused me to miss my baggage drop deadline.

i found the staff helpful and friendly. darshan treated me like family. the location is excellent, close to both the airport and the metro station.

The location was convenient because of its proximity to the airport. The breakfast offered a good variety. I was grateful for this option. I found it helpful to start my day.
The room lacked sufficient towels. There were only large towels available. The room cleaning could have been more thorough. I noticed some areas were not properly cleaned.

the breakfast offered a nice spread. i particularly enjoyed the custom-made omelets. the staff was helpful and pleasant, especially andrew at the travel desk. the dinner service was quick and the food was tasty.
the room lighting was quite poor. the shower and toilet felt cramped and shared a single door. the check-in process was slow. i experienced significant delays.
