I found the resort very peaceful. Watching the polo game provided a unique experience. The resort tour displayed the beauty of the hotel. Oppong, Falak, and Zain offered really good support throughout my visit. The reception service was prompt, and I found the food options delicious. The view from my room was amazing. It's a true gem.

The courtyard resembled a luxurious mansion. Horse statues and art pieces created a classic ambiance, one I vividly remember. There were plenty of dining options, including live music. I enjoyed walking to the horse stables and exploring sunlit alleys.

The reception staff provided very efficient service. Cherry and Hamida were warm and proactive with check-in. Bisanta, the Room Service Supervisor, ensured every order was accurate. I found the team responsive.
The bathroom fittings show signs of general wear, giving a tired appearance.
