I appreciated the helpful staff. Aygun at reception and Syed in the lobby were particularly helpful and respectful. I also enjoyed the lovely people and great selection at the breakfast bar. The hotel was very clean and close to the Metro station.

The pool was very crowded , which limited its usability.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I really appreciated Abdel's recommendations for the safari and miracle garden tours. The prices were even better than what I found on Get Your Guide. The organisation was excellent. I thank the hotel manager for hiring such competent staff.
