The grand lobby features floral arrangements. Bosphorus views are visible as you enter. The gym provides various machines. I saw a spin room there and a cardio room.
The pricier side is little more but this is not a big deal.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

I found the room service quite slow. It took nearly an hour to receive a simple order of coffee one morning. the promised newspaper delivery never materialized . The lack of prompt service was an inconvenience, especially given the hotel's reputation. I expected more efficiency from the staff. This absence detracted from the overall experience. Perhaps management could review staffing levels to improve response times.

i found the pool area relaxing, with many available loungers. the poolside food service was quick. i particularly enjoyed the manti. ali and elif, the service waiters, were friendly. the rooms were clean and tidy. the lobby offers a lovely view. concierge service was really efficient and helpful.
The reception staff's attitude was a slight letdown. They didn't seem too attentive.

The hotel's position allows for walking and shopping. It is near the city but not in the direct center. this setup helps avoid intense crowds, yet it keeps attractions within easy reach. i think it is a convenient spot.

the breakfast had lots of options. i appreciated the attentive restaurant workers, ayse and kerem, at sabrosa restaurant. the food quality was good and the service was quite polite (everything tasted fresh). i ate there for a week.

the hotel provides tennis training each morning. there is a pool available for afternoon relaxation. the facilities overall cater to both fitness and leisure. these amenities ensure a well-rounded stay .

the chef mehmet and his team prepared delicious breakfasts. the breakfast items included good variety and were all fresh. housekeeping kept the room clean (i really appreciate adnan!).
The hotel is a bit far from the tourist area. A taxi ride costs about 600 lr each way.
