i always choose this location, and recent updates enhanced it. the elegant atmosphere felt comfortable. ebru at the executive lounge provided really good hospitality (i really enjoyed her service). murat and mikail gave excellent service.
i had a minor issue with the artificial scent used in the entrance. it unfortunately caused headaches when i passed by.

The room's mini-bar fees had mistakes. I was asked to pay for food that I did not consume. The bed linen also lacked cleanliness. This was unacceptable.
