The breakfast had a great variety (I especially liked the pastries!). Fatima at the concierge desk arranged tours for us. She was super helpful. The location is convenient. It is close to the tram, made getting around easy.

There was slight noise from the street at night.

Fantastic Service, Central Spot!

great concierge excellent transfer super clean service front office

I received amazing service from the concierge! Fatima and Dilek arranged my transfers and gave excellent assistance. Huseyin and Murat from the front office were very helpful and nice. Emel was also great! The cleaning service was well-done, and Ferit was very attentive to keeping everything super clean.

Access from the road was a bit difficult.

i really appreciated how clean the room was. the breakfast included lots of choices. the concierge gave helpful advice and directions. i found everything very easy and accessible. all the staff were lovely and the hotel was in a perfect location.

the gym could use a few more updated equipment, though everything worked.

i got a premium king room. it included a great sitting area with very comfortable beds. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! all the food was fresh and delicious. the staff was very cute, friendly, professional and super efficient.

the gym area was slightly crowded during peak hours, requiring a short wait for equipment.

huge breakfast pasta dish helpful concierge insufficient air conditioning disruptive children club lounge

The breakfast was huge. I had the best pasta dish for dinner at the restaurant. The concierge were very helpful with advice.

The air con in the room is not sufficient. The unit faces the living area, not the bed so it can be quite hot at night? The lounge itself if okay, I found it nothing lovely, just pleasant drinks and snacks. I found that a guest with two loud and disruptive children was tolerated.
