Anisa at spa soul delivered A great hamman experience. I felt pampered like royalty. seckin at the reception ensured my stay was nice. he elevated the customer experience significantly. the staff demonstrated consistent support and service.
the hotel's location presented some challenges due to traffic congestion. this made accessing nearby attractions slightly inconvenient.

The breakfast buffet selection WAS excellent.
I was assigned a room sharing a wall with the lounge dining area. I heard EVERY chair being moved. Necessary preparation work happened in the morning. Asking to change the room after noise from a concert on my last evening was COMPLICATED. I do not understand getting the room nobody else wants after having more than 800 nights with the group, and highest lifetime status.

a FEW issues detracted from the stay
street noiseac unit
the Room itself was mostly fine, but i noticed the soundproofing wasnt great. street noise was a constant bother, even at night. i also had TROUBLE with the air conditioning unit. It seemed stuck on one setting, and i was unable to adjust the temperature to my liking. It made the room uncomfortable at times.

i trained with yusuf he provided guidance and tailored workouts i appreciated his continuous check-ins and advice i found his professionalism enhanced the experience a lot seckin at reception helped me extend my room at a better price the beds and pillows were comfortable.
i found breakfast underwhelming i expected more from a hotel like this.
