I found the staff friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel offers several activities like water polo and beach volleyball. My spacious room included a jacuzzi and a large balcony. Furkan at reception provided a warm check-in and offered great flexibility.
The menu was a bit repetitive, but the quality remained high.

The food was amazing!!! there was ample variety available at all times. even after checkout, i could still use all the facilities until my airport pickup. That was excellent. the grounds staff maintained the outdoor areas well. I saw them trimming shrubbery and cleaning pools.
an iron was not available in my room, and i had to pay extra to get my clothes ironed.

the staff was very helpful. the resort is well laid out with everything you could possibly need. the rooms are spacious and well maintained with comfortable beds. amazing views extended from the hotel room.
i found the service at the bars rude. we just felt let down as we were looking forward to coming to this family holiday. the hotel is very dark and drab and could definitely do with a tidy up.

the room 2301 was fantastic. i really loved the cleanliness and spaciousness. i found many cupboards and a fully stocked minibar. the two balconies were great.. and the bed was super comfortable. the whirlpool was a definite highlight! the shower pressure was also excellent.
the food menu repeated a little bit, but otherwise, it was an awesome experience.

the staff was kind and generous. they even washed our clothes without charge when we were unaware of the laundry prices. every single person working there looked friendly and eager to help.
