awesome hotel experience!
spacious room clean room attentive staff
The hotel room was very spacious and clean, it really set the tone for my stay! the hotel as a whole exceeded my expectations. Everything felt well-kept. the staff were always ready to help, they always offered service and kept everyone pleased! i felt pampered here.
the floors were very slippery! i saw several children and adults slipping and falling around the pool area. this is something that could be addressed to improve safety for all guests, it was a concern.

Staff members throughout the hotel are attentive and proactive. they consistently offer assistance and address guest requests promptly. the service at the restaurants is particularly excellent, and staff ensures a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. I liked it

my room included a minibar stocked daily with drinks and snacks. fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily, the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness! the air conditioning system worked efficiently, and it maintained a comfortable room temperature throughout my stay.

The hotel features multiple swimming pools with ample sun loungers and shaded areas. the gym includes modern equipment and is open extended hours. I took advantage of it! there are several on-site restaurants and bars, each offers different cuisines and atmospheres.

Inconsistent Quality and Service
disinterested staff restaurant chaos
The main restaurant was REALLY busy . Finding a table for our group was a chore. The staff often seemed disinterested and prioritized guests WHO tipped. This inconsistency was VERY frustrating.

Uneven Experience, Some Positives, Some Issues
unmonitored adult area overpriced shop
I found some aspects disappointing. The advertised adult-only areas were not well kept. Families with children often occupied these spaces. the on-site market shop had inflated prices. I saw a small bottle of sun cream priced at €35. I probably won't visit again.

taxi service unfair charges
The meals at the main restaurant tasted delicious. Drinks at the bars were also delicious.
The taxi service operating on the premises is unacceptable. I had a bad experience with a driver. He requested more money than initially agreed upon, after taking me to a different, more expensive place than requested. I complained, but the hotel denied responsibility for this situation, even though the taxi rank is on their hotel.
