small restaurantunhelpful staff
the restaurant was too small, causing CONSTANT searching for a table. staff weren't helpful WITH this issue. i HAD to wake up at 6 am to reserve sunbeds, a HUGE inconvenience.

the location was convenient.. the proximity to nearby shops was beneficial. i appreciated the easy access to both the pools and the beach via the shuttle. the rooms were kept in great condition by diligent housekeeping.
the evening entertainment seating could be improved for better viewing.

The buffet included a varied selection of foods, and i especially enjoyed the freshness of the salads and grilled meats offered near the pool bar during lunch hours. Coffee and ice cream were available throughout the day.

Staff members were generally helpful and maintained cleanliness across the hotel premises. any issues reported to the reception were addressed quickly. The reception staff were very approachable and efficient in resolving queries or concerns.

Multiple pools catered to different age groups and preferences. The aquapark provided extra entertainment with its slides. the private beach was accessible via a regular shuttle, equipped with amenities and a bar.

Our family suite included two bedrooms, a living room, and a balcony. the room was spacious with ample storage. It was equipped with an ironing board, kettle, and a safe for securing valuables.
