premium experience

maintained groundgreat bed
I was charmed by my stay. the hotel grounds included many gardens. the staff provided polite and attentive service. They really cared! our room was modern. It also had a spacious, comfortable feel with great beds, and daily cleaning.

The grounds feature fine pools and a well maintained beach. There are spots for relaxation and fun activities available! a taxi to local shops took only eight minutes, it was a plus.

Every staff member greeted guests with smiles. They all seemed ready to assist with any request! the room was cleaned to perfection each day, so it contributed to a comfortable stay. This was appreciated!

The hotel included a wide variety of fresh dishes for everyone's tastes. There were meals from breakfast through à la carte dinners. top quality drinks were always available, and also bar staff made great recommendations too.

the wide beach was maintained beautifully.
The air conditioning in rooms was fixed at 18 degrees, and i found it too warm. despite attempts to have this adjusted, i was told there was no possible way of overriding this. the lobby bar was also dark and uninviting. The pianist played skillfully, but the atmosphere detracted from the experience.

The hotel features a WhatsApp concierge service. It is useful with hotel itineraries and times. I liked the attentive staff and the quick resolutions.
The hotel has branded spirits! not all brands are on the menu or bar shelves though. You must specifically ask. I saw managers standing in groups. They did not interact with guests.

The hotel offered a wide array of food options. The fresh fruit was especially tasty.
It became apparent that prime times were reserved for certain guests. I logged on at 10:01 a.m. one day to book the Greek restaurant, but all prime times were already taken. I consider this quite unfair, this approach resulted to a lack of enjoyment of the hotel. I think this situation needs more transparency.
