amazing stay!

I had such a blast! the hotel had immaculate facilities. the rooms were very clean, very cozy and comfortable. What's more, swimming and sauna facilities were nice. the outdoor sports facilities were very well kept. I enjoyed several days of tennis and football so much. the food was yummy!
the entertainment was very helpful with coordinating games for the children, but there was very limited evening entertainment for adults!

The hotel is situated well for all the golf courses. Short transfer times are a plus! this. the proximity to golf courses was especially appreciated.

The room had daily tidying and cleaning service, ensuring a consistently pleasant environment! fresh towels were always provided promptly. the room decor and standard for a luxury stay were very high indeed. I have no complains.

The hotel restaurant has a great range of food! bottled water is always available throughout day and night. there are also numerous a la carte options, and you can enjoy varied menus. That's so amazing.

The workers are so kind and helpful. All members of staff are very attentive. around the pool, the lifeguards are also great. They even played football with my son, it was so nice of them! excellent organization is a plus.

The resort is massive. It is so spacious! a large variety of pools are available for guest to use. the enormous water park caters for all ages, from tots to adults. That's so cool! the evening shows in the main arena are also excellent.

I was impressed with the variety of activities available for both adults and children. The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness. I found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the amazing pools (the water slides were so fun!).
It can be a bit challenging to find a sunbed during peak hours near the main pool.

The hotel offers a big indoor heated swimming pool plus a very large outdoor swimming area. The outdoor pool area includes fantastic views of the surrounding landscape. There is also a waterpark on site for additional entertainment.

The staff is helpful and kind. They work to accommodate requests. The cleaning staff is very effective. Rooms were consistently clean. The hotel offers several languages support (I spoke to Laura, who was very helpful).

i loved the immaculate hotel facilities! the rooms were super nice and neat. swimming and sauna facilities were also very nice. the outdoor sports facilities were well kept. i played tennis and football several days!!
The main restaurant's food variety could improve. the food was the same every day! it needed more excitement and variety. evening entertainment for adults was limited, mostly a piano performer. A weekly schedule of varying shows would be better.

Acceptable, but Disappointing in Key Areas

The hotel's architecture looked quite excellent upon arrival.
The food hall was a major problem. The noise and the chaotic atmosphere were off-putting (I really disliked this). It reminded me of a free-for-all, with people constantly bumping into others. the system to get a sunbed required waking up before everyone, otherwise it was impossible.

pools are excellent. cleanliness everywhere is really good. team members work all day and night. food choices are extensive, even our youngest fussy eater found a plate full every time. entertainment throughout the day in and around the pool are the best i've seen. the evening shows spare no expense.
majority of staff are rude. they are uncooperative. this is the worst hotel. all staff treat you with the worst attitude. they are not helpful regardless of my desperation.

the pools were big. they had many slides. maintenance seemed poor. the tiles are the pebble type. they are uncomfortable for walking. many tiles are broken.

i walked into the center daily. it is only a 15-20 min walk. you can get fake gear there. there are a lot of the usual things to buy.
