The breakfast had a good selection, so I found something I liked.
I was quite disappointed by the lack of an iron or ironing board in the room. the minibar occupied most of the fridge space, so I couldn't store much of my own food or drinks. The shower over the bath was also difficult to get in and out of because the bath sides were high

i loved how much attention to detail they put into everything the room was a good size. fresh roses in the room were a nice touch i appreciated that they refreshed the four bottles of complimentary drinking water. the breakfast selection was awesome and the staff were really helpful
the shower over the bath was tricky to get in and out of because the bath sides were high. it was a small inconvenience though

Really good Stay with Perfect Service

The room was spacious with premium finishes. I especially liked the comfortable bed (it seemed like sleeping on a cloud!). Fresh fruits arrived daily. The staff was really good, always helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with great shopping within walking distance.
I noticed minor inconsistencies in the amenities setup in my room upon arrival.

The hotel has a heated pool and gym perfect for starting the mornings. The steam room exceeded my expectations. The hotel offered a free tour to see the storied history and the bomb shelter.

I had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel, and every meal was a feast. The food was the best I've tasted, with an excellent variety and amazing freshness. Happy hour had an amazing selection of cocktails.

The room was super clean with great light and mood. The bed seemed like the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced (the sheets felt expensive). My room upgrade was a VIP treatment.
