Perfect Service and Prime Location

I found the staff to be attentive. Chester and Don assisted greatly with tour arrangements and transport advice. The rooftop bar was a relaxing spot to watch the sunset. Breakfast featured a variety of options that suited all tastes.

The minibar was a little limited. It only included two cans of Coca-Cola and two espresso capsules, though they weren't always restocked.

The team, especially Chester, provided excellent service and assisted with various arrangements. Staff members are fluent in English and Vietnamese. The hotel staff is attentive.

the staff at the hotel were very attentive to my needs. i especially appreciated the help with my luggage storage after i checked out for a few hours. the hotel's location is also quite convenient within the old quarter.

the pool area needs some improvements because it lacks enough seating and shade. it did not appear well-serviced or particularly inviting. i likely would not return because of this.

The cleanliness was below standard. I observed stains on the furniture (a rather unpleasant discovery) and mold in the bathroom. The bedsheets also had some holes, which I found unacceptable.
