the staff were well trained, that is true. they were friendly and cute always. breakfast had beautiful views, i saw that. the location is very convenient, near everything.
the bathroom toiletries had a chemical scent, is wasn't good. body lotion was not available, disappointing. the bedroom slippers were chunky rubber flip flops, very used.

the location was excellent. it was just a short walk to the bustling party street and the serene lake. the included breakfast was great (especially with both a la carte and buffet options). the rooftop was a fantastic addition, offering beautiful views and a relaxing space.
the corridors leading to my room smelled musty. also, they felt a bit narrow, especially when walking close to other guests' doors.

the staff were helpful they helped me recover my phone i left in a taxi the location was first class i highly recommend this hotel they prepared a wonderful surprise in our room for our anniversary it included a delicious cake they anticipated all our needs providing a calming soothing tea to help us sleep after a long flight.
the room was small and noisy i could hear everything in the corridors or from other rooms

i travel quite a bit, and the staff here impressed me with their excellent service.. lily and jack were especially helpful, assisting me with city navigation and even arranging luggage transport to the airport. i really appreciated their quick responses and willingness to help with taxis, negotiating fares on my behalf. the complimentary fruits in the room were a nice touch.
the corridors leading to the rooms had a slightly musty smell i found a bit off-putting.
